The unsightly old roof allowed a great deal of heat transfer and the balcony was uncomfortably hot for most of the year

The new room is a great success. It provides a very cool shaded balcony area which has greatly enhanced our enjoyment of our home. The incorporated light panels have provided the light necessary so as not to darken the interior of our home.
